Learn To Row
If you are interested in rowing and have never rowed before, we offer two learn to row programs; one for young people (aged 11+) and one for adults (aged 18+).
Young Person Learn to Row
This is an introductory program offering young people aged 11+ an amazing experience of rowing on the River Clyde. Participants are introduced to the basics of the sport in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Adult Learn to Row
This is an introductory course offering adults, of any age, a comprehensive experience of rowing on the River Clyde. Participants are introduced to the basics of the sport in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Our Learn to Row courses are open to anyone and all necessary equipment is provided by the club. The only requirement is that you must have basic swimming skills. Buoyancy aids and lifejackets are available for weaker swimmers.

You will be provided with all relevant information prior to signing up to a course and you will be asked to complete a Consent Form before any activity is allowed.
